Customer orders can be made Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
Please call or write as needed. Our fax line is available 24 hours 7 days a week.

Our personnel promptly record and process orders. They can also answer specific
questions you might have.
We also welcome your comments and suggestions. It is in our mutual interest to evaluate
applications, discuss product utilisation and to compare experience amongst clients. We
will work with you to provide the most suitable product for your particular
application(s).
Additionally, we will design and manufacture items to suit your needs.
REGULAR ORDERS
* State the product item or code number.
* State quantity needed.
* Verify the cost of the item.
* Assign a destination and a contact.
* State method of shipment as required
* Issue Purchase Order.
* Any changes to a purchase order must be faxed.
RUSH ORDERS 
* Speak to our Customer Service Department.
* State the delivery date required.
* Supply Regular order information.
CUSTOM ORDERS
* Discuss the specific requirements with our Design Staff.
* We will confirm specifications and price.
* Ordering Procedures will then be followed.
* Please Note that these custom orders are non refundable.
